How to request deletion

1. Email support@cuppedapp.com from the email address connected to your Cupped account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Cupped account".
3. Include your Cupped username if you know it.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the account email before deletion begins.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your profile, check-ins, tasting notes, comments, likes, follows, bucket-list entries, notification preferences, feedback submissions tied to your user ID, and photos uploaded through the app.

What may be kept

We may retain minimal records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to rebuild your public profile.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies and logs may take up to 90 days to age out of routine retention systems.
